I know there are hundreds, perhaps thousands of cooking blogs out there. I have seen many of them and I have tried many recipes that I've found. So, I have decided to join this growing list of people blogging about their favorite past time.
I LOVE to cook and I love to entertain. So many of my friends and family dislike cooking so this blog is also for them. I think one of the reasons I enjoy cooking is because I am always looking for new recipes and trying to 'shake' it up a little...sometimes a recipe is a bomb but most of the time the dish turns out pretty good.
My absolute favorite time of the year is upon us...lots of fresh produce coming on this Summer including my favorite: the tomato!
